Mr. R. Laxman I.R.S (Retd.)
Founder and Managing Director
Sri Rathlawath Laxman (I.R.S Retd), hails from a humble agriculture family from a small village. With his sheer hard work and determination he completed his Masters Degree from OU. He has vast experience in banking, taxation and as an administrator.
During his service as commissioner, tribal welfare in Telangana state, he visited interior tribal agency areas in Adilabad, Bhadrachalam, Ambarabad, Nagar Kurnool areas, where he observed that the rural women are suffering from cervical cancer etc, because of unhygienic methods followed during menstrual cycle. As a result and because of his passion towards social service , under his mentorship a sanitary napkin unit was set up at Dundigal, Hyderabad.

Maheshwari, the founder and CEO of Maheshwari Industriess, With no background or support in her chosen endeavour, She has been working relentlessly to educate women about menstrual health and hygiene catering affordable sanitary products. She has managed to create a social impact with sheer determination by empowering local women – not just in manufacturing and packaging process but from identifying and procuring the quality raw materials to marketing the sanitary napkin at affordable-cost aiming to be a leading player for sanitary napkins filling the gap of price & quality.
